The articles and posts below are simply things I’ve learned over the years and continue to grapple with. They serve as my form of journaling, allowing me to express my thoughts and ideas. I genuinely hope that they may be of assistance to others.
I would be honored if you would share your thoughts and feedback with me!

My journey all started in the tenth grade, and turned into a 30-plus-year career with Chick-fil-A.
For most of my life, I worked tirelessly to present the perfect, polished, leader that everyone admired and looked up.
However, it came with at a great cost.
It costed me more than I could ever imagine. I wasted a lot of time and moments I can never get with those I care most about, chasing a dream that could never fill the woundiness in heart. It only deepened the pain.
The turning point was an incredibly dark seasons, when someone who loved me refused to let me hide my demons any longer. What I thought would cause everything to come crashing in, was the beginning of grace and healing.
Little did I realize at the time, it you'rewas the start of something far more meaningful. So here's what I want to tell you: Stop hiding. Stop faking. Stop pretending like you've got to have it figured out. Most important: you can only be as free as your willing to be honest.
I've been married to wife, Marcia, now for 28 years. Along with four sons.
Outside of all this, I'm a huge nerd. I read constantly, and I've got a real soft spot for conspiracy theories, documentaries, and anything about espionage. Our grown kids still need us in ways people don't always expect, so Marcia and I trade off showing up where we're needed. We've walked through real challenges as a family, and still do, but we keep showing up for each other.
You matter. Not your title, not your output, not how put-together you look from the outside.
